37-year-old female with a history of subpectoral breast augmentation using Mentor Moderate Plus saline implants 350-2225, 225cc inflated to 270cc on the right and 265cc on the left. The patient later had 2 children and breast fed. Now concerned about loss of volume and rippling. She elected to remove her old implants and replace them with Natrelle Inspira silicone implants style SSF 385cc and bilateral capsulectomies.
