68-year-old female that had a subglandular silicone breast augmentation in 1978. 30 years later she had developed capsular contractures and was unhappy with how hard her implants were. The patient would have benefited from a mastopexy but was not concerned about ptosis. After consulting with Dr. Engel she decided to remove her implants, capsulectomies, and placement of new silicone implants in subpectoral plane. Her new implants are Natrelle Inspira silicone style SSF 240cc on the right and 265cc on the left.
