36-year-old female who underwent a submuscular saline breast augmentation ~12 years ago with another doctor. She then had two children and now felt deflated and less perky. The patient would have benefitted from a mastopexy/augmentation but did not want the scars and was also considering more children. After discussing her options she elected to remove her old saline implants and replace them with Natrelle SCX silicone implants 525cc and bilateral capsulorrhaphies.
