My outcome is beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I had older saline implants and replaced them with new silicone implants. I love the way they look. I have fullness on top that I had lost and a much softer/natural feel. Dr. Engel's detailed explanation of what my options were and the care and time he took to listen to what my goals were, made me feel completely confident and comfortable in my decision to get my procedure. Not only does he provide gorgeous outcomes of your procedures, but he takes the time to really listen to what you want to achieve and seems to care about you as a patient. I highly recommend him.

Great customer service! Dr. Engel was wonderful and the nurses were amazing and very gentle and helpful! Dr. Engel explained everything to me during consultation. I felt pretty good and comfortable with my decision. The nurses came through with getting me the appointment for breast ultrasound before surgery (which needed to happen before surgery can be done). On day of surgery, my nurse was just excellent!

Dr Engel was the absolute BEST! He listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I feel and look 20 years younger from my facelift without having that "pulled look". My jawline and neck are smooth and completely wrinkle free and I had terrible hanging neck. I have no jowls and no lines or wrinkles around my lips. Dr Engel is nothing but amazing! We have completed my 3rd surgery and I'm going in for my final post-op next month for my lower back lift, liposuction and butt procedure. I will schedule my 4th procedure with him at that time. Mind you, all these procedures are different, I just wished I had my facelift done by him as well but unfortunately, it was not, which makes me appreciate his honesty and ability more (I have I have talked to him about fixing my facelift in the future during another procedure). I have to say, I have had the BEST experience with Dr. Engel and ALL of the staff at Sarasota Plastics. I saw Dr. Engel for a breast augmentation with lift and exchange of smaller implants to better fit my body frame. My original breast aug was done by another plastic surgeon 5 yrs prior. I described what I wanted and Dr. Engel was able to align with my vision and create just that. The outcome was amazing! He also did some fat grafting to my face, which made me look more youthful but in a tasteful, naturally appearing way. He has an eye and hands for perfection and does not overdo it, to preserve a tasteful and attractive look. His bedside manner is amazing and he truly listens to his patients. It's hard to find this combination in a surgeon. His staff was extremely helpful in the post op period and everyone there makes you feel comfortable and well cared for.
