34-year-old female that underwent a subpectoral breast augmentation in 2001 with saline implants (270cc filled to 320cc on the right and 300cc on the left)) going from an A cup to a C cup. Noticed breasts are now smaller and is unhappy with wrinkling. She desired to be bigger with more fullness. She chose to remove her saline implants and replace them with Natrelle Inspira Cohesive Silicone Implants Style SCX 470cc with capsulotomies.
