Jessica Hernandez is a licensed nurse practitioner with a wide breath of clinical experience including aesthetics, family care, sports medicine, Allergy care and outpatient surgery.

Jessica has extensive aesthetics training and holds certifications from the Empire Medical training in complete advanced facial aesthetics using botox and dermal fillers, medical hair loss therapies with PRP,  anti-aging medicine, and  laser treatments.

Jessica graduated with her nurse practitioner license from University of Texas at Arlington. She aspires to build long lasting relationships with her patients and prides herself on listening to her patients needs and desires. She is dedicated to helping individuals look and feel empowered in their own skin and empowering people to meet their aesthetic and healthcare goals.

The principles she applies daily include honesty, trustworthiness, and empathy.

JoAnne Ronzani is licensed in aesthetics and has certifications in many rejuvenating and anti-aging treatments, including resurfacing chemical peels, Microneedling, HydraFacial with Perk and Boosters, dermaplaning and Skin Classic (for capillary, milia and skin tag removal). JoAnne also holds advanced certification and license in permanent makeup for eyeliner, eyebrows and areolas.

JoAnne received her license in 1996 from Colorado where she worked with the Artistic Center for Cosmetic Surgery until she moved to Sarasota in 1998. JoAnne has been improving the health of patients’ skin at Sarasota Plastic Surgery for over 20 years.

JoAnne is a firm believer in continuing her education to ensure her patients are receiving the best care and maintaining healthier, younger looking skin.

Kimberly Dearden is a Sarasota resident that was born and raised in Florida. She has worked in the medical field since 2009 & decided to focus her career in laser and aesthetics in 2012. She is a licensed laser specialist, licensed medical esthetician, and certified in multiple body contouring machines. Her training and professional enrichment are ongoing. She actively attends skin care product knowledge courses, aesthetic educational training and stays up to date on her knowledge of the latest treatments involving noninvasive technology.

Kimberly is always looking for training, so she is able to stay current on the available technology and to be the best laser and skin specialist possible. Skin care and learning the latest in anti-aging technology is her passion. She is a firm believer in preventative maintenance and that taking care of your skin is an investment that lasts a lifetime. From laser hair removal, broadband light & CoolSculpting®, she takes pride in each treatment she performs. The connection with her patients has always been to develop trust, paying keen attention to each individual’s needs, requests, and goals. It is a top priority for her to make sure each visit to Sarasota Plastic Surgery Center is an enjoyable and pleasant experience.

Elyse O’Donnell LME, has joined our team as a Medical Aesthetician with more than a decade of experience in the health and beauty field. She began her career as a facial specialist and makeup artist and quickly knew she wanted to learn more so she could help people improve the health and appearance of their skin. She wants the “canvass” to look flawless not just covered up. Elyse began advancing her knowledge of various medical grade skin therapies through continuing education.

Elyse continues the Sarasota Plastic Surgery Center Skincare mission of providing personalized care with advanced skill and an artistic eye. “I’m really excited to be at Sarasota Plastic Surgery Center to offer customized medical grade skin care treatments for all skin types and ages,” said Elyse. Elyse is especially known for her transformative skin care results. “Chemical peels, ranging from minor enhancements to restorative corrections are my absolute favorite treatment for all skin types and all ages. Glowing skin is always in!”

Elyse is well known for helping boost patient’s confidence by improving their skin health and wellness, tone and texture, and by producing natural-looking results.
