53-year-old female that had a subpectoral saline augmentation in 2002 (McGhan style MP 330-360cc inflated to 380 on the left and 375cc on the right). Now ~17 years later the patient noticed her right implant had become deflated, she also desired to increase her breast size. She chose to remove and replace her current saline implants with Natrelle Inspira Cohesive silicone implants style SCF 450cc and a capsulorrhaphy.
