54-year-old female that had underwent a silicone subpectoral breast augmentation in 1988 with a different surgeon. Now 25 year later a MRI revealed a left implant rupture. The patient chose to remove and replace her old silicone implants with slightly larger Allergan style 410 FF 290cc textured implants that were placed under the muscle. She also underwent bilateral capsulectomies.
