This 62 year old woman underwent a breast augmentation in 1990 with silicone implants above the muscle. Her breasts became hard many years ago with an ultrasound revealing bilateral rupture. She underwent an augmentation with silicone implants along with bilateral capsulectomies with Dr. Engel. She is thrilled with her natural-looking results.
