45-year-old mother of two children with a history of a bilateral subpectoral saline breast augmentation (440cc on the right and 450cc on the left). Over the years the patient noticed her breasts became hard and has rippling. Following a detailed discussion of her options she elected to proceed with removing her old saline breast implants and replacing them with Natrelle Inspira Cohesive silicone implants, Style SCF 520cc. The patient also had bilateral capsulectomies and capsulprrhaphies.
