26-year-old female that had a bilateral breast augmentation with another surgeon years ago and presents with right breast implant rupture with migration inferiorly and laterally. Following a detailed discussion of her options she elected to remove her old implants (Nagar 280cc silicone) and replace them with Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch 365cc Silicone implants. She also underwent a right lateral capsulorrhaphy and had galaflex surgical mesh placed for reinforcement of the lateral and inferior subglandular pocket.
