53-year-old female with a history of breast reduction followed by submuscular implant placement. Then 2 years later she required implant replacement for malposition issues after a motorcycle accident. Years later she desired larger breasts and for them to be high, round and tight. She chose to exchange her 600cc saline implants for Natrelle Inspira SCX 650 cc smooth round silicone implants, bilateral capsulorraphies. mastopexy and surgical mesh for reinforcement.
