53 year old female that was unahppy with her droopy, uneven breast, the hardening of the right breast, the exchange of implants and the deflation of the right breast. The patient chose to undergo Bilateral implant exchange – using Allergan Natrelle Inspira Cohesive silicone implants Style SCF 325cc on the left and right, bilateral capsulectomies, bilateral capsulorrhaphies with mesh reinforcement and bilateral mastopexies.
