49-year-old female that had mentor saline implants with a peri-areolar lift on her left breast to correct asymmetry 18 years ago. The patient recently noticed her right implant losing volume. To address her concerns she chose to undergo a vertical mastopexy and to exchange her implants for Natrelle Soft Touch Style SSF 240 mL silicone implants. In addition, a capsulotomy was performed for improved positioning of the new implants.
