41-year-old female that underwent a previous breast augmentation using 320cc saline implants. The patient was now interested in switching her implants to silicone and increasing her breast size. Following a detailed discussion of her options she elected to proceed with removing her old saline implants and replacing them with Natrelle Style 45, 550cc silicone implants.
