47-year-old female with a complicated history of several breast implant surgeries. Chose to see Dr. Derby for a second opinion on downsizing her 800cc implants and addressing her firm bilateral capsules. After discussing her options the patient elected to proceed with bilateral capsulectomies, implant exchange with smaller implants in the same plane, spanning mesh reinforcement of implant position and mastopexies. New implants are Natrelle SCX 470cc cohesive gel. The patient is very happy with her results.
