44 year old very athletic female runner had concerns with uneven breasts, the hardening of both breasts and the rippling of both implants.
Patient underwent saline breast augmentation approximately 20 years ago felt her breasts were now “lumpy” and “hard.”
Patient desired a more natural look and decided to exchange breast implants from saline to silicone.
Patient selected to undergo a secondary breast augmentation where the current saline implants were deflated, a partial Capsulectomy was removed, and silicone breast implants were placed (295cc right and 210cc left).
Patient is very pleased with softer, beautiful, natural result.
