39 year old female that underwent a bilateral submuscular augmentation in 2010 recently noticed a “pulling” sensation so she had a MRI that demonstrated a left sided intracapsular rupture. The patient chose to remove and replace her right and left silicone implants with Natrelle Inspira SSM 405cc smooth round implants. She also had bilateral capsulectomies.
