49-year-old female that underwent a previous bilateral breast augmentation using McGhan Style 68 saline implants – 360cc filled to 375 on the left and 360cc filled to 400 on the right. Years later she noticed that her left implant was deflated. She chose to remove her saline implants and replace them with Natrelle Inspira Style SRM 360cc silicone gel implants.
