56-year-old female that had undergone a submuscular breast augmentation with another surgeon using Natrelle style 68-330 filled to 360cc’s. She had noticed left sided deflation and was interested in an exchange to silicone, slightly larger. Following a detailed discussion of her options she chose to proceed with removing her old saline implants and replacing them with Natrelle Inspira Style SSF 520cc on the left and 485cc on the right and capsulotomies.
