33-year-old female that underwent a submuscular breast augmentation via the transaxillary approach in 2010. She had Mentor 350cc smooth round saline implants (right filled to 430cc, left filled to 420cc). In 2016 the patient noticed her right breast was deflated. She was also bothered by rippling and after consulting with Dr. Derby she decided to remove her saline implants and replace them with Mentor MemoryGel 425cc smooth round high profile silicone implants. She is delighted with her results.
