35-year-old female that was interested in tertiary breast implant exchange. She had an initial anatomic implant primary augmentation in her early 20’s then exchanged to 375cc saline implants years later. She was now bothered with the shape, lateral implant malpositioning and lack of cleavage. The patient was a DDD/E and wanted to stay the same size. After consulting with Dr. Derby she chose to have a bilateral implant exchange from saline to Natrelle Inspira smooth, round, cohesive gel breast implants Style SCX 545cc placed under the muscle, bilateral capsulorrhaphies, bilateral mastopexy and Galaflex mesh for tissue support.
