53-year-old female that underwent a saline breast augmentation ~12 years ago. The patient had recently ruptured her right breast implant following a motor vehicle accident. She was happy with her previous breast size and position. After discussing her options she chose to remove and replace her old saline implants with Natrelle Inspira style SRM 445cc silicone gel breast implants.
