22-year-old female that had previously undergone a breast augmentation with Natrelle Inspira style SRF 385cc silicone implants and was now interested in increasing her breast size. She chose to remove her old implants and replace them with Natrelle Inspira style SSX 545cc silicone implants, a bilateral capsulorrhaphy and capsulotomy.
