18 year old female that was experiencing shoulder, neck and back pain and bra strap grooving due to her enlarged breasts. She was a 34 DD and desired to be a 34 B. She chose to undergo a bilateral breast reduction to achieve this and to help her symptoms. Her post operative photos were taken 2 months out so her scars were still red and will fade with time.
