52 year old female that was unhappy with her large breasts. The patient said they caused her pain in her neck and back, bra strap grooving and made certain activities difficult. She was a 34 DD and desired to be a 34 B or C. This patient chose to undergo a bilateral breast reduction to help improve her symptoms.
