68 year old female that was concerned with her large and droopy breasts. She suffered from shoulder, neck and back pain along with bra strap grooving and rashes beneath the breasts. This patient chose to undergo a bilateral breast reduction to help her symptoms. Post operative photos were taken at 2 months so the scars are still red but will fade with time
