54-year-old female that was concerned with her large breasts and suffered from shoulder pain, neck pain, back pain, bra strap grooving and rashes under the breasts.The patient was a 38 E F and wanted to become a 38 D. After consulting with Dr. Engel she chose to undergo a bilateral breast reduction.
