48-year-old female that was concerned with her large and droopy breasts. After having children and breastfeeding her breasts were also asymmetric. She was a 36 DD on the left side and a 36 D on the right. The patient desired to become a 36 C. To address her concerns she chose to undergo a bilateral breast reduction with wise pattern skin excision and surgical mesh for tissue support.
