44 year old female that complained of pain in her breasts, neck and back do to her enlarged breasts. She also had bra strap grooving with rashes under the breasts. The patient was a 40 DD and desired to be a 40 C. She decided to undergo a bilateral breast reduction to help with her symptoms. Her post operative photos were taken at 3 months out so her scars were still red and will fade with time.
