53-year-old mother of three that had undergone 2 prior breast augmentations and was now concerned with drooping and hardening of both breasts. She elected to remove her old subglandular saline implants (Mentor 203cc on the right and 337cc on the left) and replace them with Natrelle Inspira Cohesive silicone implants 295cc in subpectoral plane, capsulectomy and mastopexy.
