This 40 year old Sarasota woman underwent a breast augmentation in 2008 with silicone moderate profile 400cc implants in a subpectoral plane. After pregnancy, she is now unhappy with asymmetry with her right implant being higher and nipples slightly low. She also wanted rounder and bigger implants. She underwent a secondary breast augmentation with a lift and larger implants were placed. She is very pleased with her result.
