38-year-old female that had undergone a mastopexy augmentation with Sientra 10621 415 MP, 415cc silicone implants with another surgeon. She developed wound breakdown at the inframammary fold and felt her areolas were uneven with loss of pigment. She chose to undergo a revision to her scars and replace her implants with larger high profile implants, bilateral breast lift and capsulorrhaphy. The patient chose Natrelle Inspira Cohesive Silicone Implants Style SCF, 560cc on the right and 520cc on the left.
