38-year-old female that underwent 2 previous saline breast augmentations and was now concerned with rippling of her implants, large areola, slight sagging and lateral migration of her implants. She chose to undergo a bilateral periareolar mastopexy, removal of her saline implants and replace with Allergan style 20, 425cc silicone implants that were placed in the neosubpectoral plane.
