55-year-old mother of two with a history of a submuscular breast augmentation using style 468 saline implants that were filled to 230cc on the left and 270cc on the right. The patient was now concerned with the droopyness of her breasts. After discussing her options she chose to proceed with removing her saline implants and replacing them with Allergan Inspira silicone implants style SRF 325cc, bilateral caspsulectomy and a breast lift.
