72-year-old female that underwent a silicone breast augmentation in 1978 as she felt her breasts became droopy after having two children. The patients breasts had gotten harder and uncomfortable over the past several years. After discussing her options with Dr. Engel the patient chose to have her old subglandular implants removed, bilateral capsulectomies, replacement of new silicone implants Natrelle Inspira Style SCF 325cc placed under the muscle and bilateral mastopexy.
