67-year-old female that was concerned her general face, excess skin of the upper eyelids and excess skin and fat of her lower eyelids. To address her concerns she chose to undergo a bilateral upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, facelift and fat grafting to her tear troughs, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, oral commissures, lips and chin.
