54-year-old female that was concerned with skin excess of lower eyelids, fat excess of the lower eyelids and tired look to the eyes. She chose to undergo a bilateral lower eyelid blepharoplasty – subciliary with fat grafting to tear troughs, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lips and oral commissures.
