69-year-old female that was concerned with her general face, brow and periorbital. Her concerns consisted of skin excess of the upper eyelid, skin and fat excess of the lower eyelids, eyelid hooding, forehead wrinkles, glabellar frown lines tired look to the eyes and weak chin. To address these concerns she chose to undergo a facelift, lower eyelid blepharoplasty-subciliary, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, coronal browlift, fat grafting to tear troughs, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, oral commissures and laser resurfacing perioral.
