52 year old female that was concerned with the excess skin of the upper eyelids and excess skin and fat of the lower eyelids. She chose to undergo a bilateral lower eyelid blepharoplasty-subciliary and bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty with fat grafting to the cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips.
