50-year-old female with 20 year old subglandular silicone breast implants that was now unhappy with the size and droopiness of her breasts. The patient was a D-cup and desired to become a C-cup. She chose to undergo a capsulectomy, bilateral breast lift and removal and replacement of her old implants with Natrelle Style 15, 265cc silicone implants that were placed under the muscle.
