44-year-old female that underwent a bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with McGHAN style 68 High Profile 320cc Saline implants ~10 years ago. The patient later developed a capsule contracture and breast assymmetry. After discussing her options with Dr. Mobley, she chose to proceed with a bilateral vertical mastopexy with implant exchange and a left capsulectomy. She decided on Natrelle Inspira style SRF 345cc silicone implants.
