67-year-old female that underwent a breast augmentation in 1987 then years later noticed her implants were sitting higher on her chest and was told she had scar tissue. To correct her breasts the patient decided to undergo a bilateral vertical mastopexy with implant exchange using Natrelle Inspira soft touch style SSF 345 mL implants that were placed under the muscle. A capsulectomy was also performed with Galaflex mesh for implant pocket support.
