59 year old Bradenton woman was concerned with her breast size and desired smaller implants. She wanted to remove and replace her implants with smaller implants and alleviate the increasing hardness of the left breast. Patient developed a capsular contracture on the left side (grade 3 capsule).
In order to improve her nipple position and shape of her breasts, a vertical Mastopexy or breast lift, was recommended.
Patient chose to undergo a Vertical Mastopexy with Implant Exchange and Capsulectomy. Patient chose Natrelle Inspira Style SRF (smooth shell, round shape, full projection) 385cc Silicone Filled Breast Implants
