36-year-old female that underwent 2 previous breast augmentations with another surgeon and now felt her breasts were too big and droopy. Following a detailed discussion of her options she elected to proceed with removing her old silicone implants (SRM 445cc) and replacing them with Natrelle Inspira Cohesive silicone implants style SCM 240cc, a partial capsulectomy, capsulorrhaphy, closing off lateral pocket and bilateral mastopexy.
