33-year-old female who underwent a subglandular breast augmentation using 500cc HP implants years ago. She was now concerned about her breasts being too large, saggy, rippling and lateral buldging. She chose to remove her old implants and replace them with Allergan Anatomic Textured Silicone Implants 410 FX – 450cc placed under the muscle with a bilateral breast lift. She also had liposuction to her axilla.
