49-year-old female who underwent a saline breast augmentation (425cc on the left and 375cc on the right) in 2010 and was now interested in reducing the size of her breasts. She chose to remove her old breast implants and replace them with Natrelle INspira Style SSF SoftTouch silicone implants (265cc) and a bilateral mastopexy.
