31-year old female that underwent a periareolar mastopexy/augmentation with 300cc saline implants with a different surgeon. A year later she returned to that surgeon for implant exchange due to left implant rupture and wanting larger implants. She chose 525cc saline implants. Then ~2 year later she developed pain in both breasts along with a dent in the left breast. Unhappy with her previous results she came to see Dr. Engel and chose to remove her saline implants and replace them with silicone Natrelle Inspira Style SSF 520cc that were placed under the muscle. She also had a bilateral mastopexy and capsulectomies.
