36-year-old female that underwent subglandular breast augmentation and cresent lift (Mentor saline implants 375cc on right, 350cc on left) with another doctor. She had right sided capsular contracture treated with capsulectomy and implant replacement in the same plane. Reccurence rapidly presented itself follwing the capsulectomy. The patient came to see Dr. Derby for a second opinion. She chose to exchange her current breast implants (Mentor saline, smooth round 330cc shell) – subglandular to subpectoral, capsulectomies, mastopexy and surgical mesh for tissue support. New implants are Allergan Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch silicone Style SSF 385cc’s.
