43-year-old female that was concerned with the loss of volume in her breasts after pregnancy and breast feeding 2 children. She was a 34 AA and desired to become a 34, CC to D. This patient chose to undergo a bilateral breast augmentation with a vertical mastopexy using Allergan Natrelle Style 45 500cc silicone implants that were placed under the muscle.
